Question: What is Yackall?

Answer:

Yackall is the tool to facilitate conversations among friends and strangers in any given location or setting. Microchatting is a way for people to stay connected on any topic no matter the location or time. Have a group of friends that you want to stay connected with? Create a room, mark it private or public, and start the conversation. You can be involved in tens or even hundreds of microchats.

Answer:

Yack – All

Question: What are the different types of rooms?

Answer:

Public Rooms are open to anybody that has a Yackall account.
Private Rooms are closed unless admitted by the owner.
Anonymous Rooms do not track posts. They also require a different username for each log on.

Question: When will the Feature ‘X’ be implemented?

Answer:

We are a small Oklahoma based company and are continuously improving our web site. If you have any suggestions we are always looking for new ideas. Please e-mail us at info@yackall.com

Question: How do I use Yackall on my Mobile Phone?

Answer:

Access the page as you normally would and Yackall will recognize that you are using a mobile browser and handle it appropriately.

Question: How do I add a category?

Answer:

To request a new category, email us at info@yackall.com or post a request in the feedback forum.

Question: What is “My Control Panel?”

Answer:

“My Control Panel” is where you manage your rooms, room settings, room members and your personal settings.

Question: I forgot My Password, how do I reset it?

Answer:

Simply click on Forgot Password at the top right corner of the screen, enter your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you with instructions.

Question: Something is broken, how do I report it?

Answer:

Send an e-mail to info@yackall.com or post in the Yackall Feedback room and we will get the problem taken care of promptly.

Answer:
